Describe the bug
My laptop's display and my external display are both 4K, where the external monitor is primary. When they are not perfectly aligned horizontally in the Displays panel, it is extremely hard to make plank appear. It seems like plank only shows when the mouse is at the complete bottom of the screen, minus one pixel. So if the cursor is at 2160px, plank stays hidden, then when I move the cursor to 2159px and wait for 500ms, it appears.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
Go to Settings → Displays → Displays
Move both displays side by side with just a tiny offset
Apply
Move the cursor completely down, plank stays tucked.
Expected behaviour
Plank should always appear. It's behaviour should not be related to the second display's position at all.
