Adding rounded corner for display tags #318

Changing the label widgets to use Hdy.ApplicationWindow (For rounded corners). Moving the tag away from the borders, for better visibility.

Fixes #12 .

I`ve tried with the same spacing for both left and up, but ended up being annoyed by the label touching the panel, then on other monitors it did not. But i agree with the change.

Also, thanks for the review. First patch on elementary and Vala, so getting the hang of it.
