[Multimonitor] Snap Behaviour in switchboard-plugin-display #40

The snapping of multiple Monitors (3 for me) is very unaccurate und "sloppy". It is hard to order 3 screens, becuase it seems like 2 of the screens want to attache to the first display.

It would be better to let the Displays snap to any other border, instead to the first display.

It is very hard to work with. The snapping is jumpy and it resets to default location often.

It has also happened that one or all of the blue/red screens disappears completely.

Also, (so far) on Juno, one is very limited in how monitors can snap.
Example: I have a MacBook 9.1 (15", unibody, non-retina, thunderbolt 2). Not only does this plugin always present an additional monitor that isn't present (so that I always have 2 monitors) but when attaching a second monitor, I cannot snap my built-in laptop monitor below the external monitor. Not at all. I understand why there is some freedom of movement. You might have two monitors of physically different sizes and want to line them up logically just as they are arranged physically...but sometimes you cannot even do that.

@jeremypw do you think this was probably fixed by your recent changes?
