Expose on-screen keyboard settings on Layout View #390

On-screen keyboard is not a funciton in IBus Input Method, so maybe we may want to move this in the Layout view?

@ryonakano fair point, I noticed #191 and #193 too - so I'll work on getting them in shortly.

I guess you shouldn't address multiple issues in a single pull request to keep it simple and get merged soon.

I've changed the notation, and removed beep keys.
