The ibus candidates box does not fellow the input cursor, even though the option is switched on via the panel #420

What Happened?

The ibus candidates box stay far away from the input cursor, even going out of the app's UI. The picture bellow shows this problem:

Steps to Reproduce

  1. install the os with non english language (i.e. chinese) that needs an input method engine(IME)
  2. open a text file, press Ctrl + Space to active the IME
  3. type some words(not english) with keyboard

Expected Behavior

The box fellows the input cursor nearly

Don't install the elementary in virtualbox(it works fine)!!!

It's a bu caused by HiDPI scaling, a workaround as #419
