not fully installed language support #132

Hello, I would like to ask a question about language support. An inscription "language support is not fully installed" appeared in the settings. I click install. The inscription disappears. But after I go into the settings, the inscription appears again. How to fix it?

I'm experiencing the same thing on elementary OS 7.0.
