Removed ellipsis character from "Keyboard Settings…" button in all languages #155

The Keyboard Settings button had the … character at the end of the label but none of the other buttons had it. I felt that removing the ellipsis from that button would make the button blend in with the rest of the UI, so I replaced the word Keyboard Settings… with Keyboard Settings in the entire repository.

The ellipsis there is intended per the HIG: https://docs.elementary.io/hig/reference/text#using-ellipses
