Fcitx 5 appears in the applications menu #177

What Happened?

Fcitx 5 appears in the applications menu

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open applications menu

Expected Behavior

I believe this is a issue as this is a system package (or dependency) and not an end user application.

7.x (Horus)

Software Version

Latest release (I have run all updates)

Hi there, thanks for opening an issue but we believe that it is an issue with Fcitx itself, please open an issue on their bugtracker at https://github.com/fcitx/fcitx5

This is actually a bug in locale plug which has already been fixed in https://github.com/elementary/switchboard-plug-locale/pull/170, but no releases were proposed since then.

I'll close this since new version was released. It won't delete Fcitx 5 but at least will prevent it from installing.

So what should we do? Will an updated ISO be released?
