After uninstalling a European language (e.g. German) the display of several apps and the wingpanel was corrupted - characters were replaced by "missing character" indicators (empty rectangle). The "Language support incomplete" infobar displayed. Completing the installation of language support fixed the issue. (Note confusing message "Installing missing language")
Steps to Reproduce
Open Settings and open the Language and Region plug
Remove an unused language
Note corrupt display and infobar
Click on "Complete Installation"
Note progress bar with confusing message in the context of removing a language.
Expected Behavior
Removing a language should not require adding back required packages (in this case a font package).
