Cursor Size setting #109

Please add a Cursor Size setting. It is very important for lots of people, even for those without visibility issue

Yeah! More accessibility!

I think the most elegant solution wouldn't be to directly choose cursor size. Rather, cursor sized should be linked to OS UI font size because if you're visually impaired, you're going to adjust that first.

Basically, the larger the UI scale, the larger the cursor.
