When laptop is back from sleep, mouse scroll wheel does not work #135

Prerequisites

Describe the bug

I have an ASUS laptop K570U, with a MIcrosoft wireless Mouse 3500.

When I turn on the computer from being slept, mouse wheel does not work. I have to unplug the dongle and plug it again so it works again.

NOTE: Sorry if this is not the right repo, please let me know where if not.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Sleep the laptop
  2. Turn on laptop
  3. Open any webpage e.g. github.com
  4. Scroll with mouse wheel will not work.

Expected behavior

Mouse wheel should work when laptop is turned on from being slept
