Add more markers to the pointer speed scale #154

This makes it easier to set a consistent pointer speed across different machines, which is important for graphical applications (e.g. GIMP, Inkscape, Figma, ...). I also sometimes set the pointer speed temporarily super low to sign documents. And after that it is only possible via gsettings to reproduce the exact previous pointer speed. I assume this could also be useful for gamers, which also rely on a consistent pointer speed.

I think this is an improvement indeed but it's also meaningless to show so many markers without expliciting which one is the default one. @elementary/ux team do you agree?

cassidyjames commented 3 years ago

@fabiozaramella yeah I would think we'd want to explicitly label the default in this case.

What would be the preferred way to highlight the default case? A label? Maybe an additional marker above the scale?
