This PR removes the configuration for the tile gesture.
Not related to this PR, but it'll be interesting to use the left/right gesture as Alt+Tab now that is not used. I don't know if there is an agreement on the design changes of Gala's window switcher, but I'll be happy to help to implement it :smile:
As discussed previously ( https://github.com/elementary/switchboard-plug-mouse-touchpad/pull/157#issuecomment-747381308 ) the tile window gesture is buggy and it is not ready for production.
