Show Mouse settings if Trackpoint is present #35

This patch "werks" in that it does what it says it does, but I haven't tested it with a USB mouse to make sure nothing weird happens if there's two devices, or if Gdk is storing two configs in the backend.

edit: nothing weird happens with the mouse.

Does anyone on @elementary/desktop-developers have a trackpoint to test this?

@Nine-H thanks for this, but we've actually superseded it in #55. Now all tabs always show, because hiding/showing the hardware was problematic and with tabs it's less important. So now mouse settings will always show for trackpoint users. :smile:
