Refactor to move sections to tabs #55

After a discussion in Slack we decided that showing/hiding tabs based on the presence of removable hardware (like USB mice or Bluetooth touchpads) could be weird, and now that they're in their own tabs it's not as overwhelming as it was to show everything on one page.

We also discussed going to a sidebar with devices and connectivity status, but thought it might be weird having an abstract concept of "mouse" when there could be multiple USB mice, or the concept of a laptop's internal trackpad showing up as a "connected" device. So we're trying tabs to start.
