General: Add keypad pointer control settings #63

Fixes #48

Also move reveal pointer setting so that "clicking" and "pointing" settings are grouped

Since this also disables the ability to use a number pad as normal, I wonder if we should add help text here as well…

Something like,

Use a numeric keypad to control the mouse pointer. Note that this disables both levels of keys on your keypad.
