Proxy settings apply button not getting greyed out after clicking #199

Prerequisites

[X] I have searched open and closed issues for duplicates.

Describe the bug

Proxy settings blue Apply button not getting greyed out after clicking for applying the changes.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

Go to Proxy settings
Change some settings
Click to Apply button

Expected behaviour

When you click blue Apply button, expected to greyed out.

Platform Information

OS: elementary OS
OS Version: Juno
