Running Settings on maximized window makes hard to see "Advanced Settings" button #236

Describe the bug

This is a general design issue that we can reproduce in more components.

Running on a "small" window

ele-net-1

Running on a "small" window the "Turn-Off" switch seems to belong to the "Connection", although the "distance feels wrong";

The "Advanced Settings" that are actually the "Current Connection" details, so they aren't really advanced (and they are the only settings anyway), feels like is something entirely separated

Running on a maximized window

ele-net-2

That's the original issue I'm opening this bug report; I usually run the window on maximized, and so when I went to Network Panel, I didn't even see the "Advanced Settings", and I was searching how I'm supposed to edit my connection

Apart that "Advanced Settings" button is aligned on bottom, that we may miss to look, because it isn't an "expected placement", the visuals of this button makes it hard to distinguish/notice: "Small Grey Box" on a huge "Grey Space"

In such cases, it is better to use either a fixed window size as in the Mac before the cards or as in the settings of Gnome, Windows 11 and OSX Sonoma with the use of cards. It is better to switch the settings to using cards if "we" want to work on mobile devices. Another option is to glue everything to the left edge, but this is already for @danirabbit consideration
