Choose apps to bypass Do Not Disturb #29

It might be useful to toggle an app as bypassing DnD.

I created two prototypes with different UX. Please note: Those are just UI prototypes, the setting is not saved yet.

I'm leaning towards the latter, as I think it's more flexible and lets us work on the copy there. I'm not sure about it being illustrated like the other options, though, since it's sort of an over-arching setting that affects all of the above. :thinking:
