Add support for ownCloud #10

Hi, it would be so absolutela sweet if there was online account support for owncloud. And I would totally jump out of the window if files would talk to ownCloud (and other cloud-services) through that plug... (perhaps connected as drives). I would love that, because I am a little sad, that good open sources projects like owncloud or disaspora* are not supportet naturally (clientwise) when it comes to ubuntu or derivates... maybe elementary is first :-)

This would be lovely

CalDAV sync for Maya, WebDAV for Files, upload plugin for Photos...

At GSoC there is an interesting work about cloud integration for nautilus...example nextcloud...maybe someone is interested :) The API will be desktop independent.

As per issue 16, I will add another $200 to a bounty pool in cryptocurrency if ownCloud support is completed.

Note that at the moment Bountysource does not support mixed cryptocurrency and fiat bounties. Since I want people to be able to add their own bounties, this will be sent directly to the author of the implementation rather than listed on Bountysource.
