daemon crashes gala #1

when i switch user from admin to child gala is crashing cerbere than restarts it.

Couldn't test it the new daemon wasn't ready for test

kay20: From now on, the daemon should start automatically on boot, also if you want GUI integration (dialogs, notifications, authorization) you need to run: "pantheon-parental-controls-client" by hand in the terminal and keep it running there. It doesn't require sudo permissions.

@cassidyjames I have no idea. I haven't had contact with the parental controls codebase since long ago.
