Should it be possible to set the time periods of my screen time so that I can only use certain applications or only applications without access to the Internet? #125

Related to https://github.com/elementary/switchboard-plug-parental-controls/issues/121 & https://github.com/elementary/switchboard-plug-parental-controls/issues/122. This would help me to work and focus more productively on something and thus limit my overall screen time.

I want to disable internet access at night, so i don't stay up all night. I should still be able to use offline programs and access resources in LAN.

I have created a NixOS module for that, which basically are 2 systemd services that create firewall rules.
