Media Library is always switch off when navigated #73

What Happened?

The state switch in the Media Library pane is always turned off when navigated to Sharing plug.

Similar to #45 but this is a different issue.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open System Settings → Sharing → Media Library
  2. Turn the switch on at the top of the window
  3. Quit System Settings
  4. Repeat the step 1.
  5. See the switch that we turned on in the step 2. is turned off

Expected Behavior

In the step 5 above, the switch should stay turned on.
