when resizing account picture, the resizing is only on left down corner #140

Prerequisites

Describe the bug

When choosing a profile picture, the resizing only works on one side.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Settings -> User Accounts
  2. Click on your profile picture -> From File...
  3. When selected the picture, it will display a square
  4. See error

Expected behavior

I think it could be more user friendly if the crop expanded at the corner on which is pulled by the user

OS: elementary OS 5.1.3 Hera x86_64 Host: XPS 13 9380 Kernel: 5.3.0-46-generic CPU: Intel i7-8565U (8) @ 4.600GHz Shell: bash 4.4.20 Resolution: 3840x2160
