Volume control does not work on elementary OS 7.1 Horus #518

What Happened?

The volume control slider, which is located on the top right, does not work. It moves left and right, but the sound does not increase or decrease.

If I open alsamixer, I can see how it changes the position of the master block. At the same time, the PCM block does not change. If I move the PCM from alsamixer, then the volume is adjusted.

Steps to Reproduce

I change the volume using hot keys I change the volume using the slider in the upper right screen
