Add Andre Benz wallpaper

Why it should be included:

It's another dark wallpaper I'd shown @danrabbit, but much more urban/industrial. But also :heart: public transit!

I'm kinda -1 on this just because it feels pretty grainy/noisey. I could be persuaded otherwise because I love the idea of getting a couple industrial looking wallpapers though.

Closing because I agree, I think we can do better with less grain.
