Describe the bug
I had a window maximized (Firefox) so that plank icon dock hided automatically but still popped up when I moved my mouse cursor over the space where it was before.
I clicked on the WiFi icon in the top right corner of the top menu bar.
Then, while the access point selection menu was still open, I moved my mouse to the bottom center of the screen and wanted to start firefox.
But the icon dock "plank" did not popup.
After closing the WiFi selection dialog, plank showed up again when I moved my mouse to the bottom center of the screen.
Expected behavior
Plank should always be displayed when the mouse pointer reaches over its position, no matter what window or menu currently has the focus.
Screenshots or screen recordings
Did not find a good screen recorder that records the WHOLE screen. "Peek" only seems to be able to record the area size of a maximized window (or I overlooked the correct switch to do full screen). If you suggest me a suitable screen-to-gif recorder I can make a recording.
