Strange behaviour when zoomed in

Describe the bug

If you zoom in and then open multitasking, wingpanel will float to the middle of the screen.

*Sorry for the photo, but i couldn't take a screenshot.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Zoom in with ⌘ + '+'
2. Open multitasking with ⌘ + ↓
