On first click menus are closing immediately after open. #291

Not sure that this is a Wingpanel's bug, but it is manifested there so here it is:

When working in elementaryOS for a while, without clicking on anything on Wingpanel and then clicking on the App menu or any other indicator, the dropdown menu or app launcher pops up and immediately closes. It looks and feels, in my lamen words, like the dropdown precedes focus change on Wingpanel and then, because of the focus change, it immediately closes, like clicking on an empty part of the Wingpanel after dropdown opens.

After that first open and close moment, everything is working fine. There is an issue only with the first click after some period of time without any activity on the Wingpanel.

This has been an issue for me from Juno but never this severe as in Hera 5.1.

Ikr...I usually have to move my cursor away from the button and then move it back in order to have that menu open if it were to close immediately. Not sure what's causing it, but it was a little annoying at first. Now it's a habit to me.
