Unfortunately it's easier to reinstall Elementary OS in my case.

This only seems to happen when "move window" is done by pressing the "Super" key. It doesn't seem to happen while dragging the window with the title bar or the title bar context menu "move" option.

On Firefox, pressing the "Super" key after moving it above the Wingpanel makes the window move automaticity horizontally until it's beneath the Wingpanel.

Is this deliberate or a bug?

I'm not using a multiple display setup.

At the moment, the bug does not appear in my case. When the "Super" key is held down, I can push the window above the wingpanel. I have three monitors. I don't know how the bug appeared all the time.
