Making wingpanel appearance customizable #302

Add an option to make the wingpanel transparent and make the gap between the icons smaller by default.

The gap between the wingpanel icons is based on the stylesheet, and are modified by each indicators settings for it. The transparency and icon alpha is determined by the contrast with the wallpaper, if you are having trouble reading icons you can disable transparency from desktop>appearance.
