Panel becomes invisible #309

Hi, I posted about an issue with Wingpanel on Reddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/elementaryos/comments/fxa8rz/top_panel_becomes_invisible/)

It seems like I may be the only one one having this issue which is : whenever I interact with the applets on the panel, it becomes totally invisible. I can still interact with it even when it's invisible but it's quite annoying. I have no idea what might be causing the bug.

config is : Intel® Celeron® CPU N3060 @ 1.60GHz, 3,9 Go of ram, 32 GB emmc.

edit : I forgot to add I noticed the bug seems to only happen on the desktop.

I am using Hera 5.1.3 with Linux version 5.3 which i updated recently. Everything was working fine but suddenly wingpanel disappeared. Tried upgrading nvidia driver to 440 but it leads to black screen. Tried reinstalling wingpanel also. During installation it shows the following errors like: No such key 'button-layout' in schema 'org.gnome.mutter:Pantheon' No such key 'enable-animations' in schema 'org.gnome.mutter:Pantheon'

Please guide as to how wingpanel can be brought back

This issue is common on that particular Celeron CPU :(
