Display Bug where it will cut parts of a windows if it is in full screen mode #388

Issue

Here is what happens when a app goes to full screen mode, also When I set another monitor as my main the bug does not happen, as shown here , The issue seems to happen when I connect my 4th monitor, or when I set my main monitor as the main one

Expected Behavior

It should look like this

Steps to Reproduce

1.Open A app 2.Click the full screen arrow/ drag the windows to the top and let it maximize 3.The issue happened

The issue issue seems to be due to the amd gpu
