It's a dispaly bug. We have to display the discounted total. I thought there was a bug because the subtotal was $550 (zone-1 above $500) and I was still having shipping charged at $65. This led me to poking around with @minitachinita. We concluded that it is not in fact a calculation bug but a design/display inconsistency which leads. Seeing as there was a $52.50 rebate, the cart was in fact $497.5 which is under the $500 for free shipping. This $497.5 should be displayed in the totals.
