Do suppliers need to access OpenTest as well as the Development -> Integration -> Deployment environments and if so should we expect any differences when interacting with those environments?

OpenTest and Development serve the same purpose and you can expect them to be the same in terms of core Spine functionality - i.e. they are environments to perform end to end development ahead of formal Integration testing. The difference is that there is no requirement for an HSCN connection for OpenTest and there is a lower bar of entry in terms of registration (or don't need to register an MVP for example). You can use either for end to end development.
