Elementor Theme Builder does not work with shortcodes from Video Conferencing with Zoom plugin

Prerequisites

[x ] I have searched for similar issues in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
[x ] The issue still exists against the latest stable version of Elementor.

Description

When using a shortcode from "Video Conferencing with Zoom" plugin such as [zoom_list_meetings] and you apply an Elementor Theme Builder template to the page the shortcode does not work. Remove the the template and it works as intended. Other shortcodes not related to this plugin work fine.

Steps to reproduce

1) Create a page with shortcode [zoom_list_meetings] and everything displays correctly 2) Apply any Elementor Theme Builder template to the page and the nothing will be displayed where the shortcode is

Isolating the problem

[x ] This bug happens with only Elementor plugin active (and Elementor Pro).
[x ] This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active.
[x ] I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
