Cannot insert template block/page - Stuck on loading when trying to insert

Hello,

i am trying to insert a template and when i try to, it prompts me to sign in with Elementor. i then click sign in and 'connect to elementor'. it then gets stuck on a loading screen in elementor.

I have tried every suggested fix under the sun. i have used a different computer, multiple browsers, cleared cache. i have been through WP support and they said the issue is not on their end but the Elementor. i have uninstalled and reinstalled Elementor plug in. i have disabled all other plug ins etc.

I have been on the Elementor Facebook page and alot of other people are having this issue. i am using the Astra theme however i have tried twenty sixteen and others are using the Oceanwp theme.

• Search this repository (top of the page) for the issue, and make sure it has not been fixed or reported before.
• Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Elementor, WordPress & your theme.
• Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
• Change your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySixteen (or other default WordPress theme).

Prerequisites

• [X] I have searched for similar issues in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• [X] The issue still exists against the latest stable version of Elementor.

Isolating the problem

• [X] This bug happens with only Elementor plugin active (and Elementor Pro).
• [ ] This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active.
• [X] I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.

I'm having the same issue as above and getting the same errors in the console log as nguyendat.
