✅ 🐞 Bug Report: The image control is missing in the Edit Section after updating to v3.11 (Safari only) - [ED-9847]

Prerequisites

[X] I have searched for similar issues in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
[X] The issue still exists against the latest stable version of Elementor.

Description

I can't do anything related to images (add an image / add background images) in the Edit Section of Elementor Pro with the latest version of Elementor Pro. As you can see in the pictures attached, I don't have the possibility to have access to the Media Library.

Steps to reproduce

For background image: I go to the Background section then to the "Classic" Background Type. I want to add a picture from my Media Library but I don't see any link to do it.

For image: I want to add an image. I drag the "image" widget. I want to add an image but I can't do anything.

Isolating the problem

[ ] This bug happens with only Elementor plugin active (and Elementor Pro).
[X] This bug happens with a Blank WordPress theme active (Hello theme).
[X] I can reproduce this bug consistently following the steps above.

Then try on Chrome and it will work. There is some issues with Safari.
