[X] The issue still exists against the latest stable version of Elementor.

Description

I came across a minor issue in the paragraph within the plugin and I'd like to contribute by fixing it. In the paragraph of pointer notice shown in admin, there is an unnecessary repetition of the word "to," which affects the clarity and readability of the content. I've provided the steps to reproduce the issue in the section below.

Steps to reproduce

1) Install a fresh WordPress or Use an existing WordPress installation where the elementor plugins weren't installed. 2) Install the Elementor latest version 3) Navigate to the "Dashboard -> Home" page, and you will see a new pointer notice describing the "Popular Apps" of elementor. Isolating the problem

[X] This bug happens with only Elementor plugin active (and Elementor Pro).
[ ] This bug happens with a Blank WordPress theme active (Hello theme).
[X] I can reproduce this bug consistently following the steps above.
