wip Windows filepath fixes #123

tested zip deploy so far on XAMPP and looking good, expect need to do more for api based deploy methods, too

@thegulshankumar - first cut of Win build ready to try out above. I have only tested with zip deploy and looked good so far, I expect it needs more work for Bunny and others

Gulshan reports working fine with BunnyCDN, so that and ZIP seem good, just need to test others
