Hey,
The errors are coming out of Adobe, here is a list: http://www.adobeexchange.com/resources/19#errors
Maybe the ZXP is not compatible with that version on CC?
Im not sure what that error means, I believe its windows based. Did the plugin successfully install for you can you see it under the extension men in PS?
Regards,
Norm

Hi,
we've used your installer successfully recently, many thanks for this great contribution. Just want to let you know the following: My zxp is aimed at Premiere but zxpinstaller used to install the files just fine in the extensions folder. Today I updated my Creative Cloud app. And also Premiere Pro & After Effects, but I initially didn't update Photoshop.
Then I tried zxpinstaller and it failed for the first time ever. Then I also updated Photoshop CC2105 to the latest version. Then the zxpinstaller worked again for our Premiere zxp....
I was getting error -403, Compatible CC app not found. My manifest.xml includes Premiere 8.0 to 9.9. Current Premiere version is 9.0.1
Thanks!
Jeff.
Hey Jeff,
The installer is just a wrapper for Adobe's command line tools, so this issue is probably coming from Adobe. I have forwarded your issue to someone who has helped us in the past with similar issues and hopefully he'll take a look at it.
Thanks!
Is this still an active issue?
Closing this issue due to inactivity. A few newer versions have been released since this issue was opened. If the issue persists, please try the latest version and report back.
Hello. First, thank you very much for this great tool. For one of my ZXP's, it installed very smoothly in Photoshop CC2015. For another, I received the message: Failed To Install, Status = -411! What does this error mean?
I wondered if I should run it as Administrator. I restarted ZXPInstaller as adminstrator, and it does not allow a zxp file to be dropped onto it.
I reinstalled as Administrator, then started program normally--still shows -411 error.
Same behavior as before for Run as Administrator--it won't let ANY zxp file be dropped on it. Strange.
Thanks in advance for any guidance.
