This updates the the site design to fit with the new application design in https://github.com/CreativeDo/ZXPInstaller/pull/6. In addition to a new design, I've rebuild the site to take advantage of Jekyll's templates, Sass, and css minification, as well as streamlined the process for publishing updates (see the readme for more details).
