Healers , Sensei , Bounty Hunters , Village guards.
Healers would have their pools used to heal other wounded ninjas (maybe only from their own village), perhaps even create a top healer board across the game, and the more you heal people the better your healing rate is or pool regen rate is, gain levels from healing exp points, if they quit a job, their level will be cut in half and lose the extra regen they recieved.
Maybe Senseis would have to use their pools to help their students as well to enhance their training gains or sacrifice some of their regen point for a student to regen faster, perhaps maximum 1 student per jounin, for every student that graduates to chuunin earn a special prize. (yen? Ancient tokens? special training booster ?)
Bounty hunters would have access to a special page to kill opposing ninjas from other villages for yen/AK, perhaps bounty hunters wont be able to join other squad teams because they are required to work solo to be a bounty hunter.
Village guards, 2 spots maximum per village, have the ability to help villages wall defences/reconstruct it faster etc incase of a war/invasion using something similar to a timed training, but when doing so they cannot engage in battle/move/do a training/arena.
