Change text in 'What is Tzunior's?' page

I can't figure out where this is or if I can edit it myself.

I want to change the intro to:

'Welcome to Junior's Table — a place to hang out and explore interesting moments in food and cooking.'

and then in the 'about me' section, add at the bottom the following paragraph:

'In the kitchen, I've always been Eleni Jr- my mother and namesake being the one who introduced me to, and first taught me to appreciate the world of cooking and eating.'
