Revise recipe layout for desktop and mobile #27

In reviewing a recipe post (e.g. http://elenijr.net/recipes/imam-biyaldi/) with @eleniharlan on desktop and mobile, we decided to do the following:

  1. Intro text should be first, and should be one column that spans the width of the page.
  2. Below that (maybe a styled hr tag), we switch to a two column layout: 2a. On the left column, we have the steps to make the recipe 2b. On the right column, we have metadata, ingredients, and photos
  3. Comments will be below everything in one column again

On a mobile layout, 2b should come above 2a.
