In the metadata I try to add more, they add but then disappear. Maybe this is a bug or I'm doing it wrong. Also I'm not sure where the tags end up, should they be showing at the bottom?

It looks like there is a bug with the Prose editor on this. I will see about finding a workaround.

And yeah, currently tags aren't being used; they're not displayed on posts, and they're not used for sorting through posts—yet! :-)

@eleniharlan can you elaborate how you would like tags to work?

I'm thinking:

Each post can have an arbitrary number of tags at the bottom (e.g. "aubergine", "Turkey", "cinnamon").
If you click a tag, you're taken to a page (e.g. /posts/tags). This page would list all of the posts, grouped by tag (so some posts would show up in multiple sections.

The alternative is to have one page per tag, but two arguments against this are (1) it's unfortunately a bit more manual work on your part due to limitations of the blogging platform (basically, you need to create a new file for each new tag you create - it would just add another 30 seconds, but is annoying) and (2) having all the tags sorted on one page with posts grouped underneath encourages users to browse around.
