Add Mailchimp signup form link #34

Hi @eleniharlan,

Rather than clutter up the site design with an email signup form, I was thinking to link directly to this page: http://elenijr.us9.list-manage1.com/subscribe?u=29285a7fb567f5807eb444908&id=7b2660f395 (you can edit it here https://us9.admin.mailchimp.com/lists/designer/?id=465941)

looks great Kosti! Can you add it to the home page too at the bottom where the other social media stuff is?
