Archive / list pages #8

We need a page to view past recipe / blog posts. Maybe two columns, one for recipes and one for blog posts.

I think 1 column should be fine. Don't want to differentiate too much between the two.

So this is now working under the "posts" page. The only item remaining is support for multiple pages of previous entries (we probably want 8 or 10 posts per page to not overwhelm people).

Jekyll supports pagination but a quick attempt to get it working this morning just broke the list.
