Make setting a JNDI resource easier #134

There should be an easy way to specify a JNDI configuration for the specific 
webapp. There is the functionality to specify a jetty.xml but that requires me 
to write a complete working jetty.xml file. If could specify an xml file that 
just appended the webapp configuration then I could just write one file to add 
the JNDI spec.
