our target audience/stereotypes for the chatbot (age group, typical interests) based on some statistics
the chatbot's archetype (See brand archetypes) and how it would identify with our target audience
name of chatbot and why this name
avatar/picture (can be a cartoon of a human or animal) and why

Tried to find some market report on earphone customer segmentation, but not so many. Attached research report can be used for background introduction with some figures on customers' preference, but it focus on wireless headphone only. state-of-play-report-2019-en.pdf
